We do not collect medical records and we do not sell personal data.
2. How We Use Information

We may use AI models to generate customized content based on your inputs.
3. AI Data Use
Inputs you provide may be used to generate content via AI systems. These inputs may be temporarily processed by third-party model providers to return results, but we do not sell or share any user data for advertising or data brokerage.
4. Email Communications
By providing your email address, you consent to receiving emails from Pipsqueak Post LLC related to the Service, including your daily story emails and onboarding-related messages.
You can unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link included in each email we send.
5. How We Protect Data
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information and reduce risk of unauthorized access or misuse.
Because no system is fully secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Third Parties
We may use trusted service providers (ex: email delivery, SMS gateways, cloud infrastructure) to operate the Service. These providers must follow confidentiality and security obligations and only use data as necessary for service delivery.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Service or comply with law. You may request deletion of your account or personal data at any time (subject to legal exceptions). We currently serve U.S. based users only.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for adult users 18+. It is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Cookies
We use a small number of essential, first-party cookies and similar browser storage to keep the Service working reliably (for example: security, session handling, and completing user-initiated flows like checkout/legal acknowledgment). These are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
In particular, during the purchase flow we may set short-lived cookies (typically expiring within a few hours) to remember that you completed required legal steps as you move between pages. You can remove cookies at any time in your browser settings, but doing so may require redoing parts of the flow.
